How we work

From first call to close-out report

We plug into your roadmap instead of asking you to work around ours.

  1. 01
AssessWe play the game, read your metrics and roadmap, and find where competition can lift acquisition or retention.
  2. 02
IntegrateMatch data, leaderboards, and rewards connect through our APIs, with a test environment before anything touches players.
  3. 03
LaunchTournaments, creator coverage, and acquisition campaigns go live together, so the title lands with an audience already inside it.
  4. 04
SustainA rolling calendar of seasons, events, and creator content, reviewed against retention every month.
Built for

Who this is for

Indie studios

Small teams who need a competitive layer and an audience without hiring a live-ops function.

Mobile publishers

Publishers who want retention and ARPU lift from competition rather than another discount cycle.

Live-service teams

Existing titles that need a season structure, a creator scene, and events between content drops.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What does integration require from us?

At minimum, a way to report match results. Deeper integrations use our APIs for leaderboards, rewards, and identity. See Platform Integrations.

Can you run this before global launch?

Yes, and it is usually better. Soft-launch tournaments give you balance data and a core community before the marketing spend starts.

Do you work with PC and console titles?

Yes. Our catalogue covers mobile, PC, console, and cloud titles, and the tournament engine is game-agnostic.
